** I remember before Jeff passed. I was there visiting. I saw him walking and he was cold. I pulled over and asked him if he needed a ride. He said yes. He laughed. Since I remember him seeing him pick up many people out in the cold and giving them a ride. He was tired and we got something to drink. Then I dropped him off uptown. He had a very good heart even though we make mistakes in our life. No matter what. My prayer was for him to move on to a better place.**
